Refunds & Returns Policy
Silk Interiors adheres to legislation set out in the Fair Trading Act 1999 and the Trade Practices Act 1974.
You are entitled to choose a refund OR repair OR exchange OR credit if the products you’ve bought are faulty, significantly different to those shown or described to you, not doing what they’re supposed to do. Where this is the case, we will fix the problem immediately. Please let us know within 14 days if the products are faulty.Â

We will respond to your email within 24 hours.
If required, we will email you a courier label to be printed and stuck on the box.Â
Sometimes, we will have to re-order wallpaper from our suppliers. Delivery of your exchanged wallpaper will take 2-4 weeks. For wallpaper sold in Australia, we will arrange a courier to collect the faulty wallpaper from you. There will be no fee for you. For wallpaper sold outside Australia, return is at your cost.Â
When you buy, you should choose carefully. You don’t automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind or ordering more products than required, unless this was a condition of the sale or part of our advertised policy. Where we agree to a return for a product that isn’t faulty, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.Â
Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
