The ‘Honeysuckle & Tulip’ wallpaper design began its life in 1876. Originally, it was an early Morris fabric design depicting entwined foliage and flower motifs in a mirrored pattern repeat. The effect is of a trellis circling large multi-petalled tulips and stylised honeysuckle. The inspiration to convert the pattern to wallpaper came from the Honeysuckle bedroom at Wightwick Manor where the fabric was used as a magnificent wall hanging. This classic design is available in five magnificent colourways, after the original fabric, plus Morris & Co. has introduced a dramatic charcoal version.
This wallpaper will add a touch of elegance to your home. It especially suits a stately Victorian or early Edwardian home.
